Recently some modifications of the usual GUTS models have been proposed where global baryon-lepton symmetry is spontaneously broken, leading to neutron-antineutron and hydrogen-antihydrogen oscillations. The possible observable consequences of such symmetry breaking for cosmic rays are briefly discussed.en
