Abstract:
A Fabry-Perot interferometric experiment on the Green Coronal line was
successfully performed during the total solar eclipse of 21 June 2001 from Lusaka,
Zambia. Use of a cooled CCD camera permitted 17 separate exposures during the
totality which lasted 194 sec. Green line fringes could be traced up to and beyond
1.5 R0 . Details of the experiment and emerging results are presented.
