Probing the Sun's hot atmosphere: Views from Yohkoh, SOHO and TRACE

Abstract

This article reviews some recent progress in our understanding of the Sun's hot atmosphere. using data from spacecraft (Yohkoh, SOHO and TRACE) and from ground-based eclipse experiments.
