V photometric observations of 135 stars near NGC 2539, obtained using the 104-cm Sampurnanand reflector at Uttar Pradesh State Observatory during 1975-1978, are reported. The data are presented in tables and graphs and analyzed, and 74 stars are identified as cluster members. The average reddening, cluster distance, and cluster age are estimated as 0.08 + or - 0.02 mag, 1050 + or - 150 kpc, and 250-630 Myr, respectivelyen
