Abstract: This study explores the development of a customized project management methodology tailored for the implementation of online archives exhibitions, offering insights and evaluation derived from a research and development organization. Recognizing the distinctive requirements of such projects, the research investigates the design and application of a specialized project management approach. Through a comprehensive analysis, this study presents key insights into the methodology’s efficacy and evaluates its impact within the unique context of a research and development setting.
