dc.description.abstractPhotoelectric magnitudes of 26 stars in the field of King 21 have been obtained. The reddening is variable across the cluster. A distance of 1.91 kpc has been estimated for the cluster. It is concluded that the age of the cluster lies between that of the NGC 2362 and of the NGC 457 groups.en
