The first observations of n Hya, taken at Pachmarhi, are presented. Night to night light variability on n Hya has been discussed. Maximum amplitude of light variation is found to be 0m 096. Preliminary results show that semi-regular variations with period around 0d.1 are present. The colour of n Hya has also been estimated.en
